Base fee:

JTMC Performer Registration (one student) – $30.00
This fee is for families registering one student. If registering two students, the second student registration is discounted.
JTMC Performer Registration (Two Students) – $55.00
This fee includes the cost of registering two students.

Welcome to the Junior TMC 2021-2022 season!

JTMC gives young people in grades 1 - 12 an appreciation of the beauty of music in a fun environment that also promotes friendships. Monthly meetings are held on Saturday mornings from September through February.

To register, please have performer's contact information, parent's contact information, and music teacher's contact information readily available. One registration per performer please. If registering more than one performer, please complete a separate registration, but note the discount for two or more registered performers per family.

A Photo/Video Release Form to allow use of photos/videos for the Junior TMC Directory, Newsletter, and if necessary, any monthly JTMC Zoom meetings, will be emailed to Parent's listed email. If you do not receive the release form, please contact lamos3010@yahoo.com or jrtuesmusical@gmail.com.

Parents/Performers - Please email a photo (headshot) for inclusion in the Junior TMC Directory to jrtuesmusical@gmail.com no later than October 1, 2021.

Tuesday Musical Club sponsors three outreach programs for the community

Artist Series

Since 1923, the Artist Series of the Tuesday Musical Club has featured concerts by premier world-class artists, including Isaac Stern, Leonard Rose, Angelika Kirchschlager, Chanticleer, Joshua Bell, Nathan Gunn, and Lawrence Brownlee. The Centennial Season is now complete; stay tuned for future plans for the Artist Series.

Junior TMC

The Junior Tuesday Musical Club gives young people in grades 1 - 12 an appreciation of the beauty of music and an opportunity to perform for each other on a professional stage. The Juniors' annual competition took place on February 25, 2023; winners performed at the TMC meeting on March 7.

Young Artists Competition

Since 1956, a Young Artists Competition has been held each spring for serious college students of music who reside or study in Texas, with $10,000+ in cash prizes. The latest competition, focusing strings musicians, was held March 4, 2023. The next competition, for piano, will be held March 9, 2024.
